Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of
Februar__, 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor 5cnnelder, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-117
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FERNBROOK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 544
(CONSTRUCTION OF FERNBROOK LANE, WEST ONE HALF - PROJECT NO. 655
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the construction of
the West one half of Fernbrook Lane ad;acent to the proposed Kings North
Addition; Project No. 655; and
WHEREAS, the project consists of the installation of utilities and street
construction; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1, Project No. 544 providing for the
installation of utility and street improvements for Project No. 655 is hereby
approved.

Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO 1 70.444.45
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $743,662.90
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, this approval is conditioned on the Developer
providing the City with the financial guarantee per the Development Contract
for -File No. 86068.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
ind Zitur .

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
