Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of February ,
1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou, and Zitur

RESOLUTION NO. 87-115
REVISING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT NO 609
47TH AVENUE - WEST OF TAWAIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, On May 19, 1986, assessments were adopted for Project No. 609, 47th Avenue -
West of Tammie Middlemist Addition by Resolution No. 86-277;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
The costs of the improvement assessed by Resolution No. 86-277 will be revised to
show the proper amounts for sanitary sewer and water lateral as shown below:
Street, curb and gutter, storm sewer $ 51,613.23
Sanitary sewer lateral 22,429.34
Water lateral 14,905.38
Total
$ 88,947.95
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor TcYneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, �asiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
