Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of
February , 19__U. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-113
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended
that Brauer and Associates be contracted to update the master plan for
Plymouth Creek City Park; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Director has recommended a contract
with Brauer and Associates in the amount of $8,700; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said contracts and finds them
to be appropriate for this work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into a contract with Brauer and Associates in the amount of
$8,700 to provide master plan updating for Plymouth Creek Park, and
further, said cost shall be funded by the account 218-218 park
dedication fund.
Mw notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by –Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
