HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-111CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider �Z`uncilmembers ra n s VasTliou and Zitur Re following mem ers were absent: none C-)uneilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its ado— pt Ion RESOLUTION NO. 87-111 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CARLSON CENTER 7TH ADDITION FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY (86145) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Carlson Center 7th Addition as requested by Trammell Crow Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plats 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication In accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con- struction of municipal sewer and water. 5. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 6. Removal of existing structures at the developer's expense. 7. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. S. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 9. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 87-111 10. No Building Permits to be Issued until the Final Plat Is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 11. This development shall comply with the approved Environmental Assessment Worksheet and Indirect Source Permit. If compliance is not verified, appropriate revisions shall be Initiated and completed prior to fiiinq the final plat and prior to Issuance of any grading or building permits. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foilowing voted In favor thereof: or Heider Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following vote against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
