Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the --39th day of February, 1987. The
following members were present:--To—
Mayor Schneider, uncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councllmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-110
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR TRAMMELL CROW FOR CARLSON CENTER 7TH ADDITION (86145)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for Final Plat for Carlson
Center 7th Addition, a plat for one commercial lot west of Carlson Parkway and south of
Gleason Lake Road; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Finan Plat for Trammell Crow
Company for Carlson Center 7th Addition west of Carlson Parkway and south of Gleason
Lake Road.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: a or Schnilder, Councilmembers Crain Sisk, Vasiliou and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
