Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sial meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theme Ftp— day of February, 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, onncilmembersCrain, Sisk, Vaniliou
and Zitur e
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-109
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WEST OF
CARLSON PARKWAY AND SOUTH OF GLEASON LAKE ROAD (86145)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land west of
Carlson Parkway and south of Gleason Lake Road from I-1 (planned industrial) to B-1
(office limited business) District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for
Carlson Center 7th Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Carlson Center 7th
Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou L and
Zitur - - - - - --- The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
