Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February, 1987. The

RESOLUTION NO. 87-108
APPROVING PREI.IMINARY PLAT FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR CARLSON CENTER 7TH ADDITION
(86145)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat and Rezon-
ing for Carlson Center 7th Addition for one commercial lot west of Carlson Parkway and
south of Gleason Lake Road; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Carlson Center
7th Addition for Trammell Crow Company for one commercial lot located west of Carlson
Parkway and south of Gleaason Lake Road, subject to the followinq conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall he Issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedi-
cation Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures In subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
6. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.
7. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
8. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.

9. This development shall comply with the approved Environmental Assessment Worksheet
and Indirect Source Permit. If compliance is not verified, appropriate revisions
shall be initiated and completed prior to filing the final plat and prior to
Issuance of any grading or building permits.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol ol'Tq
