HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-107b CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembersra n, Sisk, Va-sTliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-107 APPROVAL OF LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY (86145) WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval of reclassification of Land Use Guiding for an approximate 12 acres located west of Carlson Parkway and generally south of Gleason Lake Road (legally described as Outlot A, Carlson Center 2nd Addition) from IP (planned industrial) designation to CL (limited business)designation; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for Trammell Crow Company for the approximate 12 acres located west of Carlson Parkway and generally south of Gleason Lake Road (legally described as Outlot A, Carlson Center 2nd Addition) from IP (planned industrial) designation to CL (limited business) designation; FURTHER, Approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject to the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council, and the Final Plat/Plan which shall be approved by the City Council prior to finalization of the Amendment. The motion for adoption, of the foregoinn Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n fdVor thereof: ayorneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and __ ZiturThe-following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
