HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special) meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of Februar , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Z`ouncilmembers Crain. Sisk, VasTliou and Zitur e followIng members were absent: none Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-106 APPROVAL FOR PLAN AMENDMENT FOR SIGNAGE FOR HAPPY CHEF OF PLYMOUTH (87001) WHEREAS, Happy Chef of Plymouth has requested approval for a Plan Amendment for Signage that Includes 58.5 sq. ft. of signage on the front of the building and 46 sq. ft. of signage on the east side of the building located at 14370 28th Place; and, WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-189 aproved an amended sign plan which is now proposed for notifications; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for approval of the Plan Amendment for Happy Chef of Plymouth for 58.5 sq. ft. of signage on the front of the building and 46 sq. ft. of signage on the east side of the building at 14370 28th Place North, subject to the following conditions: 1. All signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 2. Resolution No. 82-189 is rescinded.
