Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-104
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR BASS LAKE
HEIGHTS 4TH ADDITION FOR B.L.H. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (85126) (RPUD 87-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition as requested by B.L.H. Development Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY (f PLYMOUTH, NIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to ue met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 87-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordlna::ce.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
