Pursuant to d C call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theme-th day of February , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Sc hneider,-r,ra n, s , VaVIiou,
and Zitur
The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-103
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
FOR BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 4TH ADDITION FOR B.L.H. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (85126) (RPUD 87-1)
WHEREAS, B.L.H. Development Company has requested approval for an RPUD Final Plan/Plat
for Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, a plat for 36 single family lots and five outlots
on property located west of Pineview Lane at 54th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the Improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit
Development Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract for B.L.H. Development Company
for Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, a plat for 36 single family lots and five outlots
located west of Pineview Lane at 54th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed an adopted-,
