Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 'nth day of Febr�uar1987. The
following members were present: Ma orSchneider Zouncilmembers train, Vaslliou

Councllmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-102
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DUNDEE NURSERY FOR BURGER KING
(83038)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Jeremiah Sisk, for Burger King Restaurant, located at 14430
28th Place North, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-523; and,
AREAS, on behalf of the developer, Dundee Nursery submitted the required Site
Performance Guarantee In the fora of a Bond In the amount of $180612.00; and,
AREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond In the amount of $18,612.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Dundee Nursery for Burger King Restaurant located at 14430 28th Place North.
