Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-99
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR KINGS
NORTH FOR CRAIG SCHERBER, KINGS NORTH CORPORATION (86068)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Kings North as requested by Craig Scherber, Kings North Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
M1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Provisions for a 30 -ft. wide trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified
by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to
construction of the trail per City standards. Deeds for Outlots A and B shall be
provided to the City prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. Payment of park dedicaton fees -In -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in
an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and according
to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
