Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of February, 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider�ouncilmembersria n Sisk Vasiliou
and Zitur The

Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-98
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR KINGS NORTH FOR CRAIG SCHERBER, KINGS
NORTH CORPORATION (86068)
WHEREAS, Craig Scherber, Kings North Corporation has requested approval for a Final
Plat for Kings North, a plat for 42 single family lots and two outlots for public trail
west of Fernbrook Lane and 46th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Craig Scherber, Kings North Corporation for Kings North located west of
Fernbrook Lane and 46th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favorthereof: Mayor 5chneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
