Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arhe alar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Znd day of February , 1987.
The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers Crain, bISK, —
Vasiliou and Zitur
TFe-foliowing members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 90
RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AND PLYMOUTH POLICE SERGEANTS AND FIELD SUPERVISORS,
REPRESENTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC.,
JANUARY 1, 1986 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1986
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services,
Inc., representing Plymouth Sergeants and Field Supervisors have met to negotiate
terms and conditions of employment In accordance with the Public Employee Labor
Relations Law; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported in his January 30, 1987 memorandum that an
agreement has been reached for the period of January 1, 1986 through December 31,
1986;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
It should and hereby does approve the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth
and Plymouth Sergeants and Field Supervisors represen+ed by Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Inc., for the period of January 1, 1986 through December 31, 1986; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpndlmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mawr Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasjljpu. and ZitUr
