HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-089CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the2ndday of February_, 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. Var.1lig". and Zitur The following members were absent: none Coun�jlmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 89 RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC., LCCAL 18, JANUARY 1, 1986 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1988 WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., representing Plymouth police officers and Investigators have met to negotiate terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Law; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported In his January 30, 1987 memorandum that an agreement has been reached for the period of January 1, 1986 through December 31, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that It should and hereby does approve the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1986 through December 31, 1988; and FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur 79—efollowing voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
