Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of February , 1987 The following members were

Mayor Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-88
APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals consists of six
commissioners appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WNF REAS, two of the positions are vacant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It does hereby appoint Jay Naftzger and Sandy
Patterson to the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals to fill the terms
ending January 11, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, TtFe-
