Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of Februar , 1987 The following members were
present: Torne der, ounc members Craingisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-85
APPOINTMENT TO HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority consists of five commissioners
appointed to five year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, two of the positions are vacant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby appoint Jon Gutzman to fill the term
ending 1/31/88 and Stephen Ludovissie to fill the term ending January 31, 1992.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counellmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
