Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the , 2ndday
of February , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayer Schneider._Coijncilmemhers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-84
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND
TO THE COMPUTER RESERVE AND RISK MANAGEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been accumulating funds for self-insuring for
various types of insurance coverages and computer conversion, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are deemed necessary for transfers, and
WHEREAS, the City has previously established a Computer Reserve and Risk
Management Fund, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the reserves totaling '
$200,000 to the proper fund for accounting control purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the transfers in the amount of $100,000 be transferred
from the General Fund to the Computer Reserve and $100,000 from the General
Fund to the Risk Management Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
