HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-083CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of February , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none .ouncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-83 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS LOT 1, BLOCK 2, PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the Officers of Daybridge Learning Center, Inc. have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements: The utility and drainage easements, originally dedicated on the recorded plat of Plymouth Freeway Center and now to be vacated which lie within Lot 1, Block 2, in said plat; also The 5.00 foot utility and drainage easement, originally dedicated on the recorded plat of Plymouth Freeway Center and now to be vacated which adjoins the West line of Outlot A in said plat. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 2, 1987 at 7:30 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beingB taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers train, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. **A
