Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
February , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following embers were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-80
AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-759
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has requestc� that Schedule B establishing hourly rates
for professional services be revised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement entered into
between the City of Plymouth and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Asmji;Iat@e,
Inc. September 4, 1973 be and the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new
Schedule B, 1987 Rate Schedule as follows:

Reimbursable Expenses

FURTHER, said new schedule to be effective February 1, 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmenibprs Crain, Sisk,
,. Vasiliou., and Zitur
Tho following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
