HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-074CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the -end— day of Februar , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, �ncilmembers rain, s�Tc, Vasiliou, and Zitur The o low ng members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-74 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (86144) WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Company has requested approval for a Lot Division of platted property at the southwest corner of 51st Avenue and Nathan Lane. The division creates two parcels in the I-1 (planned industrial) Zoning District; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 4, Block 1, RYAN BUSINESS CENTER, Hennepin County, Minnesota PARCEL A: That part of Lot 4, Block 1, RYAN BUSINESS CENTER, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying east of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the south line of said Lot 4 a distance of 285.00 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence north to a point In the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of 290.12 ft. west of the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and there terminating. Subject to all easements of record and a drainage and utility easement over the west 6.00 feet of the above described land. PARCEL B: That part of Lot 4, Block 1, RYAN BUSINESS CENTER, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying west of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the south line of said Lot 4 a distance of 285.00 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence north to a point in the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of 290.12 ft. west of the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and there terminating. Subject to all easements of record and a drainage and utility easement over the east 6.00 feet of the above described land. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the foliow ng voted In favor thereof: a or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
