Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _
Vasiiiou, and Zitur The -
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-67
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND NORTHWEST
AND SOUTHEAST OF NORTHWEST BOULEVARD, AT WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE (RPUD 87-2) (86087)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance retoninq certain land northwest and
southeast of Northwest Blvd., at West Medicine Lake Drive from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) district in
conjunction with approval of Final Plat for Heritage Ridge;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Heritage Ridge
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: a or Schneider Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none 'Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
