HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-065CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of Februar , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider�ouncilmembers Crain. s Va—sTliou, and Zitur e following mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Zitur adoption: -� introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 87-65 APPROVING LAMD UKE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR IMAGE HOMES (86087) WHEREAS, Image Homes has requested approval of a development to be known as Heritage Ridge resulting in reclassification of Land Use Guiding for an approximate 21.64 acres located northwest of Northwest Blvd., at West Medicine Lake Drive (legally described as Outlot B, Plymouth Parkview) from LA -2 (low medium density) designation to LA -1 (low density residential) designation; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled public hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use guiding for Image Homes for approximately 21.64 acres northwest of Northwest Blvd., at West Medicine Lake Drive (legally described as Outlot B, Plymouth Parkview) from LA -2 (low medlumo density) designation to LA -1 (low density residential) designation; FURTHER, Approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment Is contingent upon, and subject to the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council, and the Final Plat/Plan which shall be approved by the City Council prior to finalization of the Amendment. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follor ng voted n ravorthereof: a or Heider Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none'hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
