Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th
day of January , 1987 The following members were
present: Mayor hneider,ouncilmembers�-sk, Crain, Zitur,

Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoptlon:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-57
APPROVING WINE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of Wine Licenses
from:
Latuff's Pizzeria
11333 Highway 55
Chin Yuen Restaurant
10820 Highway 55
Marcello's Pizza do Pasta
4112 Lancaster Lane
rTea House Restaurant
80 Nathan Lane
In accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200, Pl},aouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, each applicant has been reviewed by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Wine Licenses be approved for the above for a period from
February 1, 1987 through January 31, 1988;
AND FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the licensees who have not provided an
Insurance certificate on or before February 15, 1987 shall have their licenses
voided and not effective as of that date.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counclimember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, We -
following voted In or thereof: Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Sisk
Zitur, Crain and Vasillou efollowing
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
