CITY OF PLYMOUTH
to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of
r 1987. The following members were present:
c neider Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Vasiliou
owing members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-53
APPROVING AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF
NO PARKING SIGNS ON 30TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, street parking has been noted on 30th Avenue East of East Medicine
Lake Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic
congestion because the street is narrow and does not conform to City standards;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TETE CITY COMCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorise the installation
of "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of 30th Avenue East of East Medicine Lake
Boulevard.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Caunejlmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Ni vor Scb0tiftr. Co,LU j1gM lrs Crain.
Whereupon the Resolution was
