Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the Cltv Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the tai day of Januarz 1987. The

RESOLUTION NO. 87-49
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION Of SITE PERFORMANCF GUARANTEE FOR U -BO CAR WASH (85109)
WHEREAS, the site plan for U -Do Car Wash located at 14440 2Hth Place was approved under
City Council Resolution No. 85-974; and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a letter of Credit In the amount of 532,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer. City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the flnanclal guarantee:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of Credit
No. Ml1P103186 In the amount of $32,500 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for U -Do Car Wash at 14W 28th Place, to $2,500.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
