Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of Januar, 1987. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-48
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CONSTRUCTION 70 INC. (85036)
WHEREAS, the site plan for Construction 70 Inc. for Daybridqe Learning renter located
at 3050 Fernbrook Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 85 AWo* and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $120,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that It should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site Performance
Bond in the amount of $120,000,which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Construction 70 Inc. for Daybridge Learning Center located at 3050 Fernbrook Lane, to
$9,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: yor. cider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Vasiliou
voted aga ns or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and opte .
