Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Couicll of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of Januar 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneide-r—,--Concilmembers ra n sk an -r

ng members were absent:
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-44
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MINNEAPOLIS AUTO AUCTION (85075)
WHEREAS, the site plan for Minneapolis Auto Auction located at 1605 County Road 18, was
approved under Ci.y Council Resolution No. 85-842; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $20,000; and,
WHEREAS, on notice from the developer that the required site improvements have been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 595 in the amount of $20,000 submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Minneapolis Auto Auction located at 1605 County Road 18.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, t eo o�w`nq
voted In favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Vasiliou
The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
