Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of Januar , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,. u cilmembers Crain, Sisk, and
Vasiliou

following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-41
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
COTTONWOOD PLAZA FOR BEGIN CONTRACTING COMPANY (86085)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Cottonwood Plaza as requested by Begin Contracting Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of Issuance of Building Permit.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be Issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmenber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me o oCo
voted In favor thereof: ayor Heider, Councileienbers Crain, Sisk. and Vasiliou
vaavna..y
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
