Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of Januar , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk. anT
Vasiliou The
following members were absent: touncilmember Zitur
Councilmember Sisk introducf;d the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-40
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR COTTONWOOD PLAZA FOR BEGIN
CONTRACTING COMPANY (86085)
WHEREAS, Begin Contracting Company has requested approval for a Final Plat for
Cottonwood Plaza, a commercial plat located at the southeast corner of County Road 9
and Xenlum Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Begin Contracting Company for Cottonwood Plaza located at the southeast
corner of County Road 9 and Xenlum Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counclime.mber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq
vote In fSvor t ereo : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Vasiliou
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
