Councilmember Zitur introduced the followinq Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87-30
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and Virgil
Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for a term
expiring January 31, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie
following voted in favor thereof: Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Sisk
Zitur, Crain and Vasiliou The following
