Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th
day of Januar , 1987 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and
ine roitowing members were absent:
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-28
DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1987
WHEREAS, State Statute requires that a Health Officer for the City of Plymouth
be appointed for the year 1987;
NOW, THEREFDORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Dr. Doug Lowin, 3007 Harbor Lane, Plymouth, be
appointed to act as Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for 1997.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following vote n favor t ereo Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain
Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
