HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-023CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tr ire nth day of Januar , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,—Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, VdSiliou, and Zitur "— he following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-23 ADOPTING A 1987 PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE OF UP TO $4,500 FOR THE CITY MANAGER WHEREAS, the City Council and City Manager have assembled 1987 Performance Standards and Measurements for the City Manager; and WHEREAS, the Performance Standards and Measurements establish City Council expectations with respect to Manager performance for the year 1987; and WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of establishinq a reward system which reinforces the Performance Standards and Measurements and is based upon the level of performance demonstrated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does adopt a performance incentive of up to $4,500 for the City Manager for performance for calendar year 1987 and further, that such performance incentive will be based upon the 1987 Performance Standards and Measurements for the City Manager adopted by Resolution No. 87-22. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counciimember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: aor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Zitur :ne Toxiowing votes against or anstainea: Louncilmember vasillou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
