Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of January , 1987.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Counciimembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-22
1987 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND MEASUREMENTS - CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain performance standards and
measurements for the City Manager's position should be adopted to evaluate
achievement of specific goals and objectives for 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Council have jointly developed such performance
standards and measurements for the City Manager for 1987; and,
WHEREAS, these performance standards and measurements are deemed by the Council and
Manager to represent a realistic and fair basis to measure and evaluate the City
Manager's performance during 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the performance standards and measurements for the City
Manager's position dated January 5, 1987 be in the same or hereby approved and
adopted.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopten.
