HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-021CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of January , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-21 AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT TRAFFIC SIGNAL - COUNTY ROAD 18 AND BETTY CROCKER DRIVE CITY PROJECT NO. 713 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To provide electrical energy and certain maintenance to the new traffic control signal with street lights, interconnect and signing on county State Aid Highway No. 18 West Ramp at Betty Crocker Drive in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 63845M, a copy of which was before the Council, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
