Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day
of January , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-19
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FEDERAL AID FORM NO. III
AGENCY AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6,
Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of
the City of Plymouth to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of
local roads and bridges, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract
with the Comoissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of
such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department
of Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before
the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein
contained.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,_
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
