Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
January , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-18
RECEIVING PETITION FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
22ND AVENUE AND VICKSBURG WEST ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 714
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc., the developer of the proposed
Vicksburg West Addition has petitioned the City to construct 22nd Avenue from
Archer Lane to Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the developer has not submitted a Final Plat for the approval of said
development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the petition is hereby received and will be
considered by the City Council in conjunction with the Final Plat of the
proposed addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider; Councilmembers Crain. Sisk.
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
