Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Me— 5th day of
January , 1987 . The following members were present:
lmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou, and Zitur

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-16
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR VEIT & CO.
WHEREAS, Veit & Co. has completed all work on the Parkers Lake demolition
project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the City
Council approve final payment to Veit & Co.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Finance is authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $998.46 to Veit & Co. for successful
completion of the demolition of 11 structures on the future Parkers Lake
Playfield site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rZitur ur , and upon vote being taken thereon, xhe
