Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
January , 19 87. The following members were present:

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES TO UPDATE THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that the
firm of Brauer and Associates be hired to update the 1982 concept plan for the
Plymouth Creek City Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation also recommends the updating of
the concept plan;

NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to negotiate
10 a contract with the firm of Brauer and Associates to update the 1982 concept
plan for Plymouth Creek City Park, and further, that said contract will be
brought before the City Council for final approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owdng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. _

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
