Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th -iay of
January , 19 87. The following members were present:

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-09
APPROVING THE SELECTION OF A CONSULTANT FOR
THREE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth prepared a Request for Proposal for the design
of three neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, three consultant firms have submitted proposals in accordance
with the Request for Proposal, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposals and finds that the
best firm for providing these consultant services is Barton-Aschman _
at a cost not to exceed $19.900
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into a contract with the firm of Barton-Aschman
at an amount not to exceed $19.900 to provide the design services for
three neighborhood parks, the cost of which will be taken from the approved
construction budgets for each project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Comncilmember Sisk . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
followmg voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
--Sim, Vasil -jou. and Zitur__
