Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th
day of Januar , 1987 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87-06
APPROVING A 1987 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, application for a 1987 Cigarette License has been received from the
party listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City
Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the cigarette license application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of January 1, 1987 through December 31,
1987:
