HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-005CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the5th day of Januar , 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Zo cilmembers Crain, Srs—k, Vasiliou and Zitur e following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-05 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR HOYT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (86127) WHEREAS, Hoyt Development Company has requested approval of a Site Plan for an 80,679 sq. ft. office/warehouse on property at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue ind Fern - brook Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Hoyt Development Company for a Site Plan for an 80,679 sq. ft. office/warehouse building on property at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Construction of a 30 -ft. wide trail within required easements per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drain- age facility. 5. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 6. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 7. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 87-05 op 8. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted. 9. Verification that appropriate legal documents regarding the shared private drive easement are recorded, as required with the platting of this land, shall be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit.
