Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -r_e_gu_l_a_r� meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3th— day of January 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,ounclimembers Crain, 1sk, Vasiliou
and Zitur e
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-01
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR WILLIAM DEZIEL, FOR HOLLYDALE GOLF
COURSE (86132)
WHEREAS, William DeZiel has requested a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 12" x 24"
addition to the Hollydale Golf Course clubhouse at 4710 Holly Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by William DeZiel for a
Conditional Use Permit to construct a 12" x 24" addition to the Hollydale Golf Course
clubhouse at 4710 Holly Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to William Deliel as operator of the facility and shall not
be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. The Permit shall be renewed in August, 1987 to allow for review of parking and
traffic to be determined if there are problems during the operation of the golf
course,.
