Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on—the— 15th day of December , 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider�louncilmembers ra n, isk,
Vasliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-846
AMENDING ROLE OF COUNCIL COORDINATING REPRESENTATIVE POLIC:'
WHEREAS, on February 14, 1985, the City Council adopted a policy requlatinq the: role
of Council Coordinating Representative (CCR); and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the policy and deems it appropriate to revise the
policy by deletion of the final paragraph which provided for periodic feedback on the
performance of CCR's;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE'S by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt a revised policy establishing the
role of Council Coordinating Representative, dated December 15, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
