Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
December , 1986. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-841
RECEIVING REPORT - PROJECT NO. 707
QUAKER LANE CUL-DE-SAC
WHEREAS, the property owners abutting Q>>aker Lane, South of Highway 55 have
petitioned the City to install a permanent bituminous cul-de-sac and all
necessary appurtenances on the end of Quaker Lane, South of Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report for Project 707 was ordered on
October 27, 1986 by the City Council and said report was presented to the City
Council on December 15, 1986; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the report for the Quaker Lane Cul-de-S,ac, South of
Highway 55 is hereby referred by the City Council Assessment Committee for
their recommendation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
