Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
December , 1986. The following members were present:
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-835
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND NO. 2
PLYMOUTH CREEK FISH BARRIER - PROJECT NO. 647
WHEREAS, Change Order No. i has been prepared providing for the following:
Description of Work: Change Order No. 1 covers the increase in bid
quantities and Change Order No. 2 involves additional time and
equipment cost the Contractor incurred because of problems finding
acceptable clay for the impervious blanket and the installing of a
a synthetic fabric over the sewer trench to place the clay blanket.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No's 1 and 2 for the Plymouth Creek Fish
Barrier, Project No. 647 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No's 1 and 2 for Plymouth
Creek Fish Barrier, Project No. 647 by adding $7,781.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $53,240.81
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO'S 1 b 2 - Add 7,781.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $61,021.81
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk -, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
