Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the 15th day of
December _, 1S86. The following members were present:
Mayor Scnaeider. Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-833
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO 18 AND FINAL
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and C. S. McCrossan, Inc as contractor
have entered into an agreement for the I-494/County Road 15 Interchange
Improvements Project, City Project No. 129, said agreement being dated July 16,
1984; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $4,042,206.62 change orders
of $40,475.58 was approved and the value of the work to date is
$4,274,090.48.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 129 and
certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be and the
same is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after
final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 18 and Final in the amount of $58,297.43 to
C.S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project No. 129 is hereby approved and the
City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
