Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseon the 15th day of
December , 19 86. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-823
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH
BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES FOR PHASE II OF PARKERS LAKE CITY PARK
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended a contract
with Brauer and Associates for the Phase II design of Parkers Lake City
Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and finds said contract to be
in accordance with City policies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into a contract with Brauer and Associates in an amount mot-
to -exceed $20,495 for the Phase II design and construction of Parkers
Lake City Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zifur - and upon vote being taken thereon, the
