Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, areaular meeting of the
1bCity Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawas a on the 15th
day of December , 19 86 . The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider. Cntjnci1.nPmhPrq Crain. Sick. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-822
APPROVING REQUEST FOR GAMBLING LICENSE
WAYZATA WRESTLING CLUB
WHEREAS, the City has received notice of an application from the Wayzata
Wrestling Club to the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control Board to operate a
raffle to be held during Oanuary and February, 1987 and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the request:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
a charitable gambling license for the Wayzata Wrestling Club.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co ncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, ttie
following voted In favor thereof --.Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain Sisk
Vasiliou and Zitur e following
voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
